Sackboy: A Big Adventure: Review of a Simple Handcrafted Adventure
Available On Playstation and Steam (Price: $59.99)
This may not be the Little Big Planet game most Playstation fans wanted, but it is an interesting take on the series by turning it into a 3-D platformer instead of a 2-D platformer and level creator.

Story: This game primarily focuses on Sackboy, as he must save Craftworld and his friends from an evil jester named Vex while learning the secrets of the universe.
Presentation: The game might seem to be similar to other 3-D platformers such as Super Mario 3-D World, but it is unique in its own way with an art-style similar to a diorama, and the many costumes in which players can dress Sackboy. There are also entertaining levels with licensed songs.
Gameplay: The controls are simple and fun to use. The game also adds in new gameplay mechanics to keep the journey fresh such as a grappling hook, boomerang, and a pair of robot arms and legs players are given in some levels. There are also many achievement to unlock and special levels to play with friends.
In Conclusion:
The game can get repetitive at times, and the villain isn't as interesting, but other than that, Sackboy: A Big Adventure is a solid 3-D platformer with a ton of personality that many Playstation 5 owners should play, alone or with friends.
8/10: Great
